Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing or using www.joyniper.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
1. Scope of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and any purchase of products or services offered by Joyniper ("we", "us", or "our"). They apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
Contracting parties: These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Joyniper.
Eligibility: By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
2. Products & Services
We offer a range of products as described on our Site. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. We make every effort to display products accurately; however, we do not guarantee that descriptions, colors, or images are completely accurate, complete, or error-free.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is collected at the time your order is placed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
4. Ordering Process
To place an order, add items to your cart and proceed through checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully submitted. This confirmation constitutes acknowledgment of your order, not acceptance.
Contract formation: A binding contract between you and Joyniper is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email indicating that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
5. Internal Order Processing Time & Average Shipping Time
Internal Order Processing Time: All orders undergo verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
Average Shipping Time: Once dispatched, estimated delivery times by region are as follows:

6. Complaints & Warranties
We are committed to delivering products that meet the description and quality standards presented on our Site. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not conform to its description, you have the following rights:
- Repair or replacement: We will repair or replace the defective item at no cost to you
- Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible or not completed within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full or partial refund
- Timeframe: Complaints regarding defective or non-conforming goods must be submitted within 2 days of delivery
How to submit a complaint: Contact us at contact@joyniper.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos where applicable. We will respond within 2 business days and work to resolve your complaint promptly.
These warranty rights are in addition to, and do not limit, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal (such as the European Union or United Kingdom), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting us at contact@joyniper.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g., your name, order number, and a statement that you wish to cancel).
Upon withdrawal:
- You must return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
- We will issue a full refund, including original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made items, digital downloads, perishable goods, or items that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If you are located outside of a jurisdiction with statutory withdrawal rights, our standard return policy (Section 6 above) applies.
8. Geographic Restrictions
Our products and services are intended for customers in jurisdictions where such offerings are lawful. We do not knowingly offer products or services to individuals in countries or regions subject to international trade sanctions, embargoes, or export restrictions, including but not limited to those designated by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, any such restricted region. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refuse service if we determine that applicable restrictions apply.
9. User Obligations
By using our Site, you agree to:

- Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity, including but not limited to unauthorized access, scraping, or interference with Site operations

11. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Joyniper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or failures of third-party service providers. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and make efforts to resume performance.
12. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at contact@joyniper.com to resolve any concerns informally. We will make every effort to address your issue within 5 business days.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, you may have the right to use an alternative dispute resolution service. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, where KINGSWELL S.R.L. is registered and headquartered. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ADR shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
13. Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
